For anything about how the tool works, a bug, or a feature you want, write to [email protected]. If you are reporting something broken, tell us the username you tried, the page you were on and the browser you used. That usually saves a round of back and forth.

If content belonging to your account is showing here, do not email general support. Use the profile removal page, which goes straight to the queue that handles it.

Copyright complaints

Copyright notices have their own process and requirements. Read the DMCA page and send your notice to [email protected]. A notice missing the required details will be slower to act on.

What we cannot help with

• Recovering your own Snapchat account. We have no connection to Snap Inc and no access to any account.
• Opening a private profile for you, for any reason.
• Telling you who viewed your story or who is behind an account.
