Profile Removal
Last updated 5 September 2026
If your Snapchat profile is reachable through StoryKeek and you want it gone, there are two ways to do it. One is instant and does not involve us at all.
The fastest fix is on your side
StoryKeek can only show content that Snapchat itself publishes to the web. Switch your account to private, or turn off your public profile in the Snapchat app, and there is nothing public left for this site or any other to load. That takes effect within minutes and it covers every tool like ours, not just this one.
Asking us to block your username
If you would rather we block it directly, email [email protected] with:
- The exact Snapchat username you want blocked.
- Confirmation that the account is yours or that you are authorised to act for it.
- A way for us to reply, which is usually the email address you write from.
We may ask for something simple that proves control of the account, such as posting a short code to the profile for a few minutes. This is only to stop people removing profiles that do not belong to them.
What blocking does
Once a username is blocked, requests for it stop returning content and any cached copy is cleared. The block stays in place unless you ask us to lift it.
How long it takes
We work through requests in the order they arrive and aim to action them within two working days. If your request is urgent, say so in the subject line and set the account to private in the meantime, since that works immediately.
If the profile is not yours
We can only act on requests from the account owner or someone authorised to act for them. If you are reporting content you own the copyright to rather than the account itself, use the DMCA page instead.
